We now offer two maintenance plans to help your system perform at its best:

• Preferred Maintenance - Two tune-ups per year (one for cooling and one for heating)
• Basic Maintenance - One maintenance tune-up per year

Both maintenance plans include:

• Priority emergency service.
• Your call is moved to the front of the dispatch board, above non-preferred customer calls.
• 20% discount on any repairs to the covered equipment for one full year.
• All repairs are guaranteed for 12 months.
