We provide a thorough cleaning and inspection of your system once during the coverage year. The technicians require full access to the equipment to perform the following:

• Clean or replace air filter (1" disposable type)
• Deluxe or Hi-Efficiency filters are at extra charge
• Inspect heat exchanger and vent pipe
• Report our findings
• Make recommendations
• Check the relays and contactors
• Measure and record operating temperature changes
• Check and flush condensate drain
• Measure refrigerant pressure
• Check electrical components
• Lubricate and check motors
• Repair service contract rate is 20% off primary service rate
• Any repairs will be billed additionally to this agreement
• Any service call needed during the coverage period will be billed at a discount rate
