“I can not praise the entire team at Celtic Air enough! Everyone that I dealt with, from the people in the office, to the sales personnel and the service team, was genuinely great. Everyone was respectful and extremely professional. The Celtic Air team removed our oil-fired boiler / hot water system and replaced it with a natural gas system. The office staff were helpful and patient with scheduling , updates and managing all the documents and paperwork needed to apply for loans through the gas company. The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. And I cannot say enough about the installation team, what a great bunch of guys, professionals all. It was a pleasure working with everyone and looking forward to many years of great service. (Not wanting to dismiss anyone person, I did not include any names because honestly, I cannot remember them all, so you know who you are – thank you everyone!!)”

“The service team was tremendous. From the first call to the completion of the repair, the Celtic team was professional. Colleen answered my call and set up the service call for the next day. Jacobe was at the house at 8:15am as scheduled ( I was not told between 8am – noon, but instead, 8am-9am). My wife and I were not happy about the prognosis but were impressed with the time and attention to making the prognosis. Before leaving, Jacobe explained the required repair in detail and gave us a quote. Jacobe had checked for parts availability and mentioned we contact Colleen for a schedule date. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received.

“The team of lads from Celtic Air arrived on time this morning to replace HVAC x2 and a hot water heater! They were a great group. Super respectful, clean and couldn’t have been nicer. Managed to do it all in one, very long day, they must be exhausted tonight! Barbara in the office is just lovely. They are coming back in the next day or so to put the thermostats on my phone. Phenomenal crew, excellent service. | couldn’t be happier currently. The a million for everything! Would most definitely recommend to anyone considering their services.”
“We had a bizarre manufacturer error in our new unit that was causing issues for us. Before pinpointing the cause, Celtic made us top priority by quickly getting relevant parts swapped and maintenance handled and even upgraded our ductwork. When the error in the unit was determined, Celtic honored our warranty and swapped the unit the next day. The employees also laid drop cloths all way to the location of our furnace, keeping our house clean through the whole process. I highly recommend this company. They also had the best financing options in the area for our original furnace.”
