“The service team was tremendous. From the first call to the completion of the repair, the Celtic team was professional. Colleen answered my call and set up the service call for the next day. Jacobe was at the house at 8:15am as scheduled ( I was not told between 8am – noon, but instead, 8am-9am). My wife and I were not happy about the prognosis but were impressed with the time and attention to making the prognosis. Before leaving, Jacobe explained the required repair in detail and gave us a quote. Jacobe had checked for parts availability and mentioned we contact Colleen for a schedule date. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received.
